USG 5002T

USG 5002T is the second conventional variety released by the University of Tennessee soybean breeding program headed by Vince Pantalone. This bean is a really late IV or early V maturity.The plant is bushy, short, tawny with white flowers. It seems to be on the shorter and bushier side. USG 5002T is resistant to SDS, Stem Canker, and Frogeye. This variety is crossed from Holladay X Manokin. This variety is the USDA's early group IV check in the southern regional tests.
